Have you ever walked into a room and immediately spotted what everyone else was too busy to notice?

That's just how my brain works. I notice the cracks in the process, the idea that almost made it, the team that just needs someone to believe in what they're building out loud.

And once I see it, I can't really unsee it. So I do something about it.

How I’m Wired

I'm what you might call autotelic. I find the work itself rewarding, which means I show up fully whether the stakes are high or the task is small.

I care deeply about people, about doing things well, and about building experiences that actually mean something.

In today's world, that kind of caring can feel like a lot to carry. I think it's worth it.

What drives me

I'm not interested in doing things a certain way just because that's how they've always been done. I'm interested in what's possible.
